DO I HAVE TO BE FIT BEFORE I START POLE DANCING?
No.Pole dancing is for anybody,shape,size and fitness abilities. You will find the classes will improve your fitness level and tone and shape your overall body and increase your strength.

 

WHAT DO I WEAR?
You wear what you would wear for the gym etc. Jogging bottoms, leggings or shorts and a vest or t-shirt. Trainers for your feet and you have the option to change into your heels for your moves and routine.

 

WILL POLE DANCING HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT?
As with any form of exercise, you get out what you put in. But there are no other exercises classes that will give you the same overall effect as pole dancing will. So for toning and changing your shape this type of class is ideal and you will also improve your level of aerobic fitness and reduce your body fat.Almost every student notices great changes overall.

 

CAN I DO MORE THAN ONE CLASS A WEEK?
Certainly.Some students find they improve their moves etc by doing more than one class per week and get quicker results from the fitness side of it. And some prefer to do this type of workout instead of going to the gym or other forms of exercise.There are also reduced prices for doing more than one class per week.

 

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU HAVE COMPLETED YOUR 8 WEEK COURSE?
You can move onto the next level..there are 5 different levels you can progress through. Or you can repeat the course over again if you dont feel ready to progress to the next level but your instructor will advise you on that if your unsure. There are no limits ,its one of those things that you never stop learning or perfecting and it is completely your own choice..its your hour and we aim to give you the very best out of that hour and most of all making it as fun and enjoyable as possible.
