Pole Position is pole dancing exercise classes for ladies of all ages, shapes and fitness levels. Pole dancing is the latest alternative to other exercise classes such as pilates, aerobics etc. It has become increasing popular over the last year or two as a very fun, exciting and effective way of keeping fit and toning up with many celebrities claiming its their secret of staying in shape and keeping fit. Since opening in Ballyclare back in the summer of 2008 at The Loft Studio has seen many ladies discover and enjoy the great benefits of pole dancing. It is a total body workout which will tone and strengthen the whole body whilst developing your co-ordination and increasing your cardiovascular stamina - and not to forget your confidence. There are five different levels of classes so for those of you who liked to be challenged you  can keep moving up as you progress, so you never get bored with it. And if its just a good fun way to keep fit you can repeat any of the courses as often as you wish. It is also the only exercise class which you have a chance to put your heels on and strutt your stuff [totally optional of course].

 

CLASS STRUCTURE
Each class is for the duration of a full hour which includes a warm up to get the body and the cardiovascular system prepared for the workout,lower and upper body exercises for toning and stengthening before moving into pole moves and routine. Your session is then finished off with some core work on the floor and then a thorough stretch to stretch out all those hard worked muscles.

 

All the classes are an 8 week course with one class per week.An 8 week course costs £80.A deposit secures your space and the remaining balance is then required on your first class.
